8:30am. The Tour starts! This tour is designed to showcase more of the royal touch in the life of Hue, such as the garden house. Garden house is a typical and unique characteristic of Hue city. Then visit some traditional trade villages to see the making of incense and Hue Hat (non Hue) - the poetic symbol of young ladies of Hue. Have lunch.
After lunch, you will attend a hands-on Cooking Class at this restaurant - prepare a Royal meal of Hue, under the guidance of Mrs. Ton Nu Thi Ha – the “Golden Hands” in the art of Vietnamese Culinary.
The tour also includes a visit to a market to experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of the local market as well as to purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson. A hearty dinner including the dishes prepared by yourself will be severed right after the lesson. Tour finishes at 7:30pm at your hotel in Hue.
